The Indian women's team will be looking to follow in the footsteps of their men's counterpart by the winning the bronze medal match at the Tokyo Olympics on Friday.
The Indian women will aim to create history by winning their first ever Olympics medal when they take on Great Britain in the bronze medal play-off match at 7am IST.
India's big medal hope Bajrang Punia will also be seen in action in the wrestling men's freestyle 65kg quarter-final bout at 9.17am IST.
Gurpreet Singh has a chance at winning the elusive medal in athletics in the men's 50km race walk final, while Aditi Ashok will be keen to continue her good showing in Round 3 of the women's golf.
The evening session will see the men's team in action in the heats of the men's 4x400 relay event at 5.07pm IST.
