Tennis star Ana Ivanovic had a good time in India.
The Serbian beauty was in New Delhi for the second season of the International Premier Tennis League (IPTL).
On Thursday, the UAE Royals began their match against Legendari Japan Warriors impressively with world number six Ana Ivanovic proving a handful for both Kurumi Nara and her substitute in the middle of the set, Mirjana Lucic.
Ivanovic, who is representing the UAE Royals in the second season, gave her team a 1-0 lead by winning 6-2.
She arrived in Delhi after stints in the Philippines and Japan earlier
The 28-year-old took the opportunity to experience Indian culture and tried out the traditional saree look.
She opted for renowned designer Sabyasachi Mukherjee’s sarees.
The world No. 16 was a little flirtatious as she wrote, “Greetings from India. I arrived in Delhi and of course I had to try the traditional Indian saree while I am here. What do you think guys?”
Sharing pictures on social media, she wrote, “Goodbye beautiful #India. I had a wonderful time with the @iptlworld and it was nice to win my match today and leave on a high. Considering you all loved my last saree shot, here is one more!”
