Formula One legend Michael Schumacher' son Mick is all set to sign a deal with a Ferrari-linked Italian junior team Prema.
According to Sport24, Mick's managerSabine Kehm is currently in talks with Prema after the 16-year-old expressed his desire to contest in the Italian series.
Confirming the news, Prema founder Angelo Rosin said that they would hold a meeting with Mick early this month.
Mick, who made his single-seater debut in German F4 series in 2015 for the Dutch team Van Amersfoort, is speculated to race in the German series for Prema as well.
Michael Schumacher, who turned 47 three days ago, won five consecutive world championships for Ferrari between 2000 and 2004.
