The 26-year-old left-hander is now the country's third highest ranked singles player behind Myneni, who moved 10 places up to 193, and Ramkumar Ramanathan (220).
Young Sumit Nagal had impressed with his fighting abilities but his second round defeat from a winning position cost him six places and he is now placed. The next best was national champion Vishnu Vardhan at number 409.
In the doubles, Rohan Bopanna continues to stay on 22nd spot, while Leander Paes lost a place to be at 56.
Divij Sharan was unchanged at 65, followed by Pune Challenger winning partner Purav Raja, who gained three places to be at career-best 66.
