Paes, Bopanna to clash in Cincinnati Masters quarters

India's leading doubles players Leander Paes and Rohan Bopanna will clash in the quarter-finals of ATP Cincinnati Masters.

The meeting came about after each of them registered victories with their respective partners on Friday.

Paes and his Czech partner Radek Stepanek, seeded fourth, got the better of the Polish pair of Jerzy Janowicz and Lukasz Kubot 6-3, 6-4 in a second round match of the US $3,079,555 hardcourt event.

In another second round fixture, eighth seeds Bopanna and Edouard Roger-Vasselin of France got the better of Italy's Andreas Seppi and Russia's Mikhail Youzhny 7-5, 6-3.
