LeBron James marries high school sweetheart Savannah Brinson

Two-time NBA champion LeBron James wed long-time girlfriend Savannah Brinson on Saturday at the exclusive Capella Chapel, at the Grand Del Mar Resort, in San Diego, California.

The three-day nuptial celebrations, under a strict ‘no phone or camera’ policy, began with a welcome barbecue for guests on Friday, and concluded with a farewell brunch on Sunday.

Among the estimated 200 guest in attendance were notable stars such as James’s NBA colleagues Chris Bosh, Chris Paul, Carmelo Anthony and wife La La, Miami Heat owner Mickey Arison, Heat head coach Erik Spoelstra, Dwayne Wade and girlfriend Gabrielle Union, R&B sensation Ne-Yo, and other notable figures.

Sources said Jay-Z and Beyonce, currently on a Brazilian tour, took time off and made a special guest appearance, and sang their 2003 hit record Crazy in Love with a full band.

Brinson and James’s romance dates back to their high school years where they met and fell in love.

They dated since high school and got engaged on December 31, 2011,

Brinson is also the mother of James’s two sons, LeBron James Jr., 8, and Bryce Maximus James, 6.
