The second seeded Indo-Filipino pair overcame Dominic Inglot of Britain and American Rylan Rizza 3-6, 7-6 (5), 10-7 in a gruelling quarter-final encounter of the $50,000 hard court event.
They next face fourth seeds Martin Emmrich of Germany and Andreas Siljetsrom of Sweden.
No Indian is competing in the singles event. Somdev had withdrawn after sustaining a right shoulder injury.
