National champion Saurav Ghoshal will spearhead India's challenge in the Men's World Team Squash Championship to be held in Odense, Denmark from September 27 to October 3.
The Indian contingent for the biennial event, also includes top players like Ritwik Bhattacharya, Siddharth Suchde and PSA Indian Challenger-3 winner Harinder Pal Sandhu.
India is placed in Group H, along with Scotland and Venezuela and Italy.
India has never won the championship since its inception in 1967. Their best finish was fifth out of the six participating teams in the inaugural year.
Egypt has received top billing in the tournament, followed by defending champions England, who have been accorded the second seeding by the World Squash Federation (WSF).
