Jamie Carragher has said he was all right after a sickening clash of heads with teammate John Flanagan.

Liverpool defender Carragher, 33, needed six minutes of treatment after the second-half collision at the Emirates.

Eight medical staff -- two of them from Liverpool -- rushed to the defenders aid before he was finally taken off on a stretcher, The Sun reports.

Carragher said: "I'm fine, it was a little clash of heads and these things happen in football. The main thing was to get a point -- and I saw us do that from the dressing room."

Liverpool full-back Fabio Aurelio and 35 million pounds striker Andy Carroll also went off with knocks but Kenny Dalglish's subs all delivered impressive performances in the dramatic 1-1 draw.
