PSV Eindhoven scored three second-half goals to beat Ajax Amsterdam 4-3 in a thrilling match and hand Martin Jol's team their first defeat of the Dutch league season on Sunday.
Balasz Dzsudszak equalised eight minutes before the interval with a superb free kick but two minutes later Suarez restored the lead for Ajax.
Early in the second half Otman Bakkal brought PSV level again following a fine run by Dzsudzsak, who found his way past two defenders and picked out Bakkal.
Four minutes later Dzsudzsak gave PSV the lead for the first time when he converted another free kick.
Urby Emanuelson equalised for Ajax again but Bakkal sealed the Eindhoven victory with his second goal 16 minutes from time.
Dane Jon Dahl Tomasson struck for Feyenoord after 72 minutes to earn a 1-0 win at Heracles Almelo, coached by Gert Jan Verbeek who was sacked by Feyenoord last season.
Steve McClaren's Twente Enschede beat ADO Den Haag 1-0 on Saturday and top the standings with seven points from three matches, level with Feyenoord and Utrecht, who drew 2-2 with VVV Venlo.
Champions AZ Alkmaar, 6-0 winners at RKC Waalwijk on Saturday, are fourth with six points ahead of Ajax on goal difference. PSV are sixth with five points.
