India's Rohan Bopanna and his Romanian partner Marius Copil bowed out of the French Open after losing in the third round of the men's doubles, in Paris, on Sunday.
The Indo-Romanian pair took the first set easily before going down 6-1, 5-7, 6-7 (8-10) to the Serbian pair of Dusan Lajovic and Janko Tipsarevic in 125 minutes.
On Saturday, India's tennis icon Leander Paes, partnering Benoit Paire, exited. They were beaten 0-6, 6-4, 3-6 by the Colombian duo of Robert Farah and Juan Cabal in the second round.
