PV Sindhu became the first Indian to win a gold medal at the BWF World Championships on Sunday after trouncing Japan's Nozomi Okuhara 21-7, 21-7 in the final in Basel on Sunday.
Leading the congratulatory messages from the film industry for the ace shuttler were Aamir Khan and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan.

Veteran actor Anil Kapoor also showered praises on Sindhu on her win.
