Mahesh Bhupathi and his partner Radek Stepanek went down fighting to fifth seeds Mariusz Fyrstenberg and Marcin Matkowski of Poland 5-7, 7-6(10), 10-12 in the second round of Barcelona Open ATP tennis tournament.
The Indo-Czech pair had earlier beaten the wild card Spanish duo of Marc Lopez and Tommy Robredo 6-4, 6-4 in the opening round.
