It took a few days but the India athletes have finally got the momentum and they are winning medals in huge numbers.
The Union Sports Minister Sarbananda Sonowal said that the Indian contingent was performing well in the ongoing Incheon Asian Games and hoped the athletes would win more medals for the country.

"Our contingent is performing well and we are looking forward to winning more number of medals," the minister said.
He insisted that the athletes were putting their best efforts.
The minister, who was in Chandigarh to attend an international youth fest also met the 90-year-old hockey legend Balbir Singh Senior and discussed Balbir's plans for reviving hockey in India.
Sonowal maintained that Balbir's suggestions would help in developing Indian sports.
