Barcelona’s Gerard Pique is envied. Not just for his footballing skills bout also his football jersey collection.
The Spain defender turned to Twitter to show off his vast collection. Right from Lionel Messi’s Argentina shirt to Neymar’s Brazil jersey, from Andrea Pirlo’s Italy jersey to Luis Suarez’s Uruguay shirt, Pique’s collection has it all.
Pique has swapped shirts with fellow players during his time with Spain, Barcelona and Manchester United.
He tweeted, 'I'm tidying my wardrobe, here we have some shirts that I've encountered. Which do you like the most?', includes the shirts of Francesco Totti, Thierry Henry and Ronaldinho to mention just a few.”
Another picture was dedicated to jerseys from Spain's 2010 World Cup winning campaign.
There was a special jersey too. The 26-year-old posted the picture of his former partner in defence at Barcelona, Carles Puyol’s shirt and wrote, “Finally, a shirt that I have special affection for. He gave me a great friend.”
