World number one Roger Federer will complete his preparations for next year's Australian Open at the Kooyong Classic, organisers said on Thursday.
Defending Kooyong champion Andy Roddick, Russian Marat Safin and Chile's Fernando Gonzalez, who lost to Federer in this year's Australian Open final, will also take part in the eight-man round-robin event from Jan. 9-12.
Federer will play at Kooyong for the fifth time before bidding for his fourth Australian Open and 13th Grand Slam title at Melbourne Park.
