The fifth seeds defeated fourth seeded Paul Hanley of Australia and Kevin Ullyet of Zimbabwe 6-3, 7-6 (4) in a late match on Thursday.
The Indo-Czech pair will challenge top seeds Jonas Bjorkman of Sweden and Max Mirnyi of Belarus for a place in the final.
