Real Madrid strolled into the last eight of the King's Cup with a 4-0 rout over struggling Athletic Bilbao at the Bernabeu on Thursday.
Real, who beat the Basque side 1-0 at San Mames in last week's first leg, took the lead with a cool finish from Robinho on the half hour and went 2-0 up when defender Sergio Ramos bundled in at the far post midway through the second half.
Reserve team striker Roberto Soldado added a third with a fine glancing header and Robinho wrapped up with his second in injury time when he clipped home into the open net after a fine pass from David Beckham.
Real will join a high-powered line-up for the quarter-finals that includes holders Real Betis, in-form Barcelona, Valencia, Deportivo Coruna, Espanyol, Cadiz and the winner of the postponed tie between Real Zaragoza and Atletico Madrid.
The draw for the ties that begin next week will take place on Friday.
