The chargesheet that nails Raja and Co

Andimuthu Raja knowingly misrepresented the fact and misled Prime Minister Manmohan Singh; his tie-up with fellow 2G scam accused Shahid Balwa, Vinod Goenka and Sanjay Chandra goes back to the time when he was Union minister for environment and forests -- These are among the many explosive charges mentioned in the Central Bureau of Investigation's chargesheet, which was submitted to the Supreme Court recently.

Other than Raja, who lost his job in the aftermath of the scandal's outbreak and is now in judicial custody,

the accused include former telecom secretary Sidhartha Behura, and R K Chandolia, who was private secretary to Raja during his ministership.
