A youth was arrested and three cracker bombs recovered from him at a function of Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi, officials said on Monday.
Noor Mohammar Samad, 22 was arrested and three cracker bombs were recovered from him from the venue of 'Rajasthan Community of Gujarat' function held in Surat on Sunday night in Limbayat area of the city, they said.
