A public interest litigation has been filed in the Delhi High Court seeking a ban on twin rath yatras of senior Bharatiya Janata Party leader L K Advani and president Rajnath Singh.
The petition, filed by Dharamvir Yadav, vice president of Haryana Yadav Mahasabha, and two others, through counsel Nawal Kishore Jha, sought a complete ban on all such yatras, saying these tend to create communal unrest in the country.
