VOTE: Should chanting of 'Bharat Mata Ki Jai' be taught?

Amidst the debate on nationalism and patriotism against the backdrop of alleged anti-national slogans being chanted at Jawaharlal Nehru University, Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh chief Mohan Bhagwat kicked up a storm when he said the new generation needs to be taught to chant ‘Bharat mata ki jai’.

The controversy was further aggravated when AIMIM leader Asaduddin Owaisi said he would not chant the slogan even if a knife is put to his throat.

A huge row has erupted over this issue with leaders from across the political spectrum offering their own take on it.

So, what do you think? Will teaching such slogans imbibe patriotism or create resentment?
