Home Minister P Chidambaram will leave for Pakistan on June 26 to participate in the South Asian Association for Regional Cooperation home ministers' conference.

However, sources say there is uncertainty over some delegates and media-persons who are to accompany Chidambaram to Islamabad.

Sources say a couple of senior home ministry officials and seven media-persons, including from leading dailies and TV channels, are yet to receive their visas from Islamabad.

Pakistan officials have not yet responded to the development.
