Lashing out at Kejriwal, Sunil Lal, who designed the logo, also accused him of manipulating the concept of Swaraj and criticised the recent action on leaders like Prashant Bhushan, Yogendra Yadav and Anand Kumar.
"The party should stop using the AAP logo designed by me as I have not transferred the propriety rights of the design. The logo type should not be used on any type of branding, stationary, website, badges, flags, poster, handbill and backdrops," Lal said in his letter to Kejriwal.
Lal claims that he became the member of the party in November 2013.
"I am disillusioned with what all has happened in the party over the last few days. What is going to happen in the future is clear. This is not the time to stay quiet.”
"You cannot bring swaraj espoused by Mahatma Gandhi by destroying the operative part of it. Even if you get swaraj by crushing the democratic principles, what is the use of it," Lal said.
The party, however, dodged the question. Senior AAP leader Kumar Vishwas said people join a particular movement, but as it progress some fall out due to differences.
Responding to AAP's supporter Kundan Sharma's demand of returning the Blue Wagon R car over his disillusionment with the party, Vishwas said that if he wants the car, it can be returned to him.
