Political circles in New Delhi are agog with speculation that the Union Cabinet is likely to be shuffled on November 10, ahead of the commencement of Parliament session.

Besides the Union Cabinet, Congress President Sonia Gandhi and Prime Minister Manmohan Singh are giving final touches to major changes in the All India Congress Committee and Andhra Pradesh Congress unit. There is also the likelyhood of shuffling of state governors.

Besides, the two leaders have reportedly finalised the nomination of two Anglo Indians to the Lok Sabha.
