Bharatiya Janashakti leader Uma Bharati has moved a petition seeking a court's permission to meet Malegaon blast prime accused Sadhvi Pragya Singh Thakur, who is currently undergoing treatment at the city Ayurvedic hospital.
Sadhvi's lawyer Umesh Walzade said an application has been moved before Additional District and Sessions court Judge Govind Sanap in this regard and the court is set to hear the petition.
The former Madhya Pradesh chief minister arrived in Nashik on Sunday.
