International terrorism, United Kingdom-India trade and foreign direct investment are among the main issues that will figure in discussions, which a British Parliamentary delegation led by non-resident Indian industrialist Lord Swraj Paul will have in India next month.

The delegation would spend 9 days in India visiting New Delhi, Rajasthan and Mumbai from October 8.

It will also keep itself abreast with the latest developments in the ongoing dialogue between India and Pakistan.

Other issues likely to be discussed are bilateral education opportunities, matters concerning women and children and environmental challenges, global warming and energy security.

Besides Lord Paul, the seven-member delegation comprises members of Parliament Roberta Blackman-Woods, James Duddridge, Helen Jones, Lynne Jones, Peter Luff and Commonwealth Parliamentary Association, UK, Secretary General Andrew Tuggey.
