The Railways on Tuesday night announced Rs 5 lakh compensation and a job to the next of kin of those killed in the serial blasts in Mumbai.
Railways Minister Lalu Prasad made the announcements after visiting those injured in the blasts at a hospital.
He said the government would also foot the bill of the treatment of the injured.
