Youth thrown out of running train

A 22-year-old youth was thrown out of a running train in western Uttar Pradesh on Tuesday night.

Four people threw Kamlesh Kumar out of the Punjab Mail near Saharanpur after a dispute over seating arrangements, the police said on Thursday.

Kumar has been admitted to a hospital in Saharanpur. A case has been registered against the four unidentified people in this connection, the police added.

On Monday an unmarried pregnant woman's mother and maternal grandparents allegedly threw her out of a running train near Kaili railway station. In another incident, last Friday, army personnel near Sahajhapur allegedly threw four people out of a train, the police said.
