TIMELINE: 5 years after murder, Keenan and Reuben get justice at last

A court in Mumbai on Thursday convicted and sentenced to life in jail all four men accused of the 2011 Amboli murder of Keenan Santos and Reuben Fernandez while they were defending their women friends from the 4 molesters.

Santos and Fernandez were attacked outside a popular eatery in Mumbai’s Amboli area while trying to protect their female friends from a group of harassers on October 20, 2011. They were stabbed brutally by four men.
