Dhiren Barot, an Indian-born terrorist, wrote the book titled The Army of Madinah in Kashmir, reports Daily Star.
According to the report, prosecutors had used this book as evidence against Barot's trial in 2008 on charges of plotting a bomb attack.
The book urges extremists to mount an armed jihad against the West.
Barot is currently serving a jail-term of 30 years in Britain. He had targeted several high-profile landmarks for a bombing blitz including the New York Stock Exchange and the International Monetary Fund.
He had also planned to kill thousands in the United Kingdom.
Amazon did not comment upon the book's availability on its website, the report added.
