A Delhi court on Saturday dismissed a criminal defamation complaint filed by Samata Party leader Jaya Jaitley against the Tehelka chief Tarun Tejpal for linking her name to the
defence scandal that the news portal exposed.
"No case is made out against the accused [Tejpal] and the proceedings against the accused are dropped," Metropolitan
Magistrate Gulshan Kumar said dismissing Jaitley's application.
