Sudanese national dies, bakery blast toll rises

A Sudanese student, who was injured in the Pune blast has died, taking the toll in the terror attack to 12.

Twenty-six-year-old Sudanese student Amjad Elgazoli, who was studying at Wadia College in Pune, died on Friday night in Inlak Budhrani hospital, hospital sources said on Saturday.

He is the third foreigner to be killed in the February 13 blast. Nadia Macerini, an Italian woman, and Iranian national Sayyed Syed Khani were killed in the blast.

Over 50 people, including 11 foreigners, were injured in the blast that took place at the German bakery in the city's Koregaon Park locality.
