A man was killed while four others, including three cops, were injured when suspected terrorists on Sunday hurled a grenade on a police party in Srinagar, the summer capital of Jammu and Kashmir, police said.

Unidentified terrorists hurled a grenade on a police party near the office of Superintendent of Police, North City, at Khanyar in Srinagar, a police official said.

He said the grenade exploded on the roadside, resulting in injuries to five people - three policemen and two civilians.

All the injured were rushed to a hospital where Ghulam Mohammad Khan, 65, died, the official said.
