Even as Samajwadi Party Chief Mulayam Singh Yadav and his son Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav both preferred not to react to their bete noire Bahujan Samaj Party supremo Mayawati’s threat to thrash SP goons, Mulayam’s brother and multiple portfolio minister Shivpal Yadav has decided to do a tit for tat.
“I would like to make it loud and clear to Mayawati that if she did not stop referring to Samajwadi Party workers as ‘goondas’, then I would not be able to stop SP workers from calling her ‘goondi’. I would therefore like to advise her to restrain herself from making such utterances,” Shivpal Yadav said.
While vehemently refuting Mayawati’s allegation about SP workers forcibly occupying land belonging to dalits, Shivpal gave out a list of government bungalows and offices grabbed by Mayawati to build a huge mansions for herself. He said, “Apne Mall avenue ke kothi ke aas-paas ki char kothiyan tor ke usmein mila leen….ganna vibhag ki purani haweli pe qabza kar liya…..Mall Avenue pe 104 number kee kothi aur poorv mantra Rajendra Singh ki kothi pe qabze ki koshish kee…Badalpur mein apne ghar ke ass-paas
