Cosmetologist Shobha Vakil, who participated in India Fashion Week 2003, offers tips on skin care:

• Never leave any trace of makeup on before you turn in for the night.

• Always drink lots of water to keep your system clean and hydrated and to flush the toxins
  out.

• Avoid touching your face with your hands. You are probably not aware of what you touch; to bring those hands to your face is only contaminating it.

• Avoid eating oily products and fried stuff.

• Chocolates are good for the skin once in a while (in very reasonable quantities).
