The Supreme Court on Tuesday dismissed suspended IPS officer R K Sharma's plea for a copy of of Rakesh Bhatnagar's statement to the investigating officer.
Rakesh is the husband of deceased Shivani Bhatnagar. Sharma is a prime accused in the case.
A bench headed by Justice Arijit Pasayat set aside an order of the Delhi high court that directed the authorities to furnish the same.
