Noted industrialist and aviator Dr Vijaypat Singhania will be sworn in as sheriff of Mumbai on December 19.Maharashtra Governor S M Krishna will administer the oath of office to Singhania at Raj Bhavan, a press release said in Mumbai Saturday.
