Prachi, an accused in the 2013 Muzaffarnagar riots, also attended a Bharatiya Janata Party protest against alleged irregularities in counting of votes for district panchayat polls even as a Muzaffarnagar court issued a fresh bailable warrant against her for not appearing before it.
Earlier, a bailable warrant was issued on October 23 against several accused in the Muzaffarnagar riots case including Union Minister Sanjeev Balyan, BJP MLA Suresh Rana and Sadhvi Prachi.
