Seven Pakistani nationals have been arrested and their boat seized for entering Indian waters near Jhakhau off the west coast of Kutch district, Indian Coast Guard officials said on Sunday.
The boat named Al-Shakira was intercepted on Saturday evening when the Coast Guard team was patrolling Arabian Sea near the India-Pakistan maritime border. The boat had seven Pakistani crew members on board.
They are being brought to Okha in Jamnagar, where they will be interrogated by various agencies, the officials said.
