A Lucknow court on Friday issued a non-bailable warrant against Field Marshal S J H Maneckshaw, former air chief marshal N C Suri and PCM Limited Chairman Vinod Vaidya.
One Vijaya Singh had filed a complaint in the court alleging that two cheques of Rs 1,85,000 and Rs 1,39,513, given by a finance company in which the three were directors, had bounced.
Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate Ramesh Singh has written a letter to Police Commissioner/Director General of Police/Senior Superintendent of Police, Tamil Nadu, asking them to ensure their presence in the court on June 12.
