A Terrorist and Disruptive Activities Act court on Tuesday separated the trial of extradited gangster Abu Salem from 125 accused, including film actor Sanjay Dutt, in 1993 Mumbai serial bomb blast case.
Salem had pleaded that he should be tried along with Sanjay and others while Central Bureau of Investigation argued that the trial should be separate.
