Rate the prime minister's press conference!

Prime Minister Manmohan Singh held a televised press conference, only his second in India, on Monday to mark one year of the UPA II government.

In his trademark sombre style Dr Singh spoke on a wide range of issues -- like the possibility of Rahul Gandhi taking over as prime minister midterm, the telecom scam, poverty alleviation, his unfinished agenda etc -- raised by the national media.
