A married woman was allegedly raped by four men near a temple in Jodhpur and two persons have been arrested in this connection, police said Sunday.
The woman, a resident of Basni near Jodhpur, lodged a compliant on Sunday stating that she was raped by four men near the Ranchordas temple Saturday afternoon, Deputy Superintendent of Police Rajendra Singh Sisodia told PTI.
Two of the four persons named by the victim in the first information report were arrested and are being questioned, he said adding, the woman has been sent for medical examination.
The woman was living alone as she was separated from her husband, he said.
