Former telecom minister A Raja on Monday wrote a strongly-worded letter to Joint Parliamentary Committee Chairman P C Chacko, slamming the draft report of the committee on the 2G scam.
In his letter, Raja pointed out that despite repeated requests, he had not been permitted to depose before the JPC. He accused Chacko of leaking the draft report before Raja had a chance to send a written statement to the committee.
Raja, the prime accused in the 2G scam, states bluntly, “This is not the way the JPC is expected to function”.
