Asking his followers to create a language barrier to prevent the 'influx of outsiders', Maharashtra Navnirman Sena chief Raj Thackeray slammed Congress general secretary Rahul Gandhi, industrialist Mukesh Ambani and Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh spokesperson Ram Madhav for making 'irrelevant' statements about Mumbai.
