Delhi high court on Tuesday restrained All India Institute of Medical Sciences governing body from taking punitive action against its Director P Venugopal.
Justice P Anil Kumar passed the injunction on an application moved by Venugopal wherein he had apprehended his termination of service at the institute body meeting of premier health institute.
