Prime Minister Manmohan Singh on Monday called on President Pratibha Patil at Rashtrapati Bhavan and discussed various issues of national and international importance.
"The meeting lasted for about 45 minutes. The two leaders discussed about internal security and President's forthcoming State visit to the People's Republic of China," a statement from Rashtrapati Bhavan said.
"They also discussed about various issues of national and international importance," it said.
