Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Mulayam Singh Yadav alleged on Monday that the Congress party and a top industrialist of the country had hatched a plot to kill him and that he would disclose facts about the same at a 'suitable' time.
"Facts about the entire episode are now with me and I would disclose them at a suitable time," Yadav said at a meeting in Bithoor, about 30 km from Kanpur in Uttar Pradesh.
