When all you could see in London was feathers and colour!

August 31, 2016 08:42 IST

The streets of Notting Hill were transformed into a sea of colour and feathered costumes as the Notting Hill Carnival was held on two days – August 28 and 29.

Thousands of revellers took to the streets to celebrate during the festival’s 50th anniversary.

The carnival is the largest street festival in Europe and the second largest carnival in the world, just behind Carnaval in Rio de Janeiro, with 2 million attendees
